Hotel booking

Hotel booking is made through a dedicated service provided by our custom operator, Pansepol Travel. The hotels range from 2 to 4 stars. All of them are at walking distance from the congress centre (max. 10 minutes).

We recommend participants to book early, preferably at the beginning of May 2008. No penalties will be applied for cancellations up to the 13th of June 2008.

Pansepol Travel will contact you and provide the available options within the requested hotel category. Pansepol will make the best to meet special requirements (e.g. book the same Hotel chosen by some of your colleagues). You just have to email or fax your request directly to Pansepol.

In order to book your hotel, please follow the simple instructions provided below:

Download and print the hotel booking form available here.
Fill in your details, select the type of accommodation (hotel category, double or single rooms) and sign the form.
Fax the form to this number: +39 040 638728, or send it via e-mail to: congressi@pansepol.com.

You will be contacted shortly afterwords by email, and receive confirmation of the booking.

If you book with Pansepol Travel you are able to request a private transfer from the airport of Trieste as well as the airport of Venice.

Airport-to-Trieste Transfer Fees:

from Trieste airport (37 km) from € 10,00
from Venice airport (145 km) from € 20,00

Prices are calculated for 8 people per vehicle. If there are less than 8 people per run the price will be calculated dividing the cost of the vehicle by the number of passengers.
