Registration

Registration is closed.

Registration deadline : August 15^th, 2016.

The regular fee is € 250 for early registration to the conference (€ 300 after June 1^st, 2016),
the student fee is € 150, to be paid either by credit card (service available after 1 March 2016)
or bank money transfer (see details here below).
Note that students can apply for an EUCALL Travel Bursary to attend the conference (more details).

• The fee covers:
  • Conference kit
  • Coffee breaks
  • Conference Dinner
• No fee payment is required by the following participants:
  • Invited Speakers (A)
  • Elettra Staff (B)
  • Elettra GdR (permanent Research Team members at Elettra) (C)
  • Participants from Trieste Science Institutions (including students) (D)
  • Participants from Developing Countries (E)
• For categories C, D, E, the Conference Dinner is not included and can be purchased separately:
  • Conference Dinner: EUR 50,00/person (reserve it in the registration form).
• For both regular conference attendees and categories A, B, C, D, E, daily meals are not included.
  • Special conference lunch buffet at the Savoia restaurant: about EUR 20,00/person (reserve it in the registration form)

Please, note that the registration does not include hotel booking.
Participants are thus required to arrange hotel booking independently.
The hotel Savoia offers rooms at a special rate for conference attendees
(to be reserved as soon as possible through this form: Savoia_booking_form.doc ).

Payment methods

On-site payment will not be accepted.
After registration you will receive by e-mail the details for credit card payment.
Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer (see details here below).
