KolXPD

In brief

This software was developed by Jiří Libra. The basic features include those available in SpecsLab2 but, in addition, it contains modules for automated data acquisition during photon energy equidistant scans (XAS, CIS, NEXAFS, RPES) scans and angular scans of the sample manipulator (ARPES, XPD). Moreover, we use it also for advanced processing of the EDC XPS/SRXPS data acquired in SpecsLab2.
