Abstract submission deadline: January 9^th, 2017.

You will be notified about decision on your contribution by January 13^th, 2017

Use this template to write your abstract.

After registration to the conference you will receive an email including a link to the abstract submission form.

If necessary, you can overwrite your abstract file until the abstract submission deadline.

Submit your abstract as a MS Word file (only *.doc files will be accepted, max size 2 Mb, max length 1 page).

• Oral presentations
  • The duration of oral presentations, including questions, will be 30 minutes.
    Speakers should bring their own laptop for the presentation.
    Alternatively, the conference staff will provide a PC, but only PDF slides will be accepted.
• Posters presentation
  • There will be a poster session,
    poster size should be A0 in portrait orientation (about 119x84 cm).
