Abstracts

The abstract submission deadline has been postponed to 23 October 2017.

Use this template to write your abstract: template.doc

After registration to the conference you will receive an email including a link to the abstract submission form.

If necessary, you can overwrite your abstract file until the abstract submission deadline.

Submit your abstract as a MS Word file (only *.doc files will be accepted, max size 2 Mb).

• Oral presentations
  • The duration of oral presentations, including questions, will be 30 minutes (25 min. talk, 5 min. questions ).
    Speakers should bring their own laptop for the presentation.
    Alternatively, the conference staff will provide a PC, but only PDF slides will be accepted.
• Posters presentation
  • The conference will include a poster session scheduled on 05/12 afternoon.
    However, posters can be exposed during the whole conference period
    The posters size should be about 80 x 110 cm2.
• Structural Dynamics conference proceedings
  • Attendees will be invited to contribute a conference proceedings on the "Structural Dynamics" journal.
