Registration is closed.
Registration deadline : September 10th, 2016.
The regular fee is € 150, the student fee is € 100, to be paid either by credit card (service available after 1 March 2016)
or bank money transfer (see details here below).
- The fee covers:
- Conference kit
- Coffee breaks
- Conference Social Dinner
- No fee payment is required by the following participants:
- Invited Speakers (A)
- Elettra Staff (B)
- Elettra GdR (permanent Research Team members at Elettra) (C)
- For categories B, C the Conference Dinner is not included and can be purchased separately:
- Conference Dinner: EUR 30,00/person (reserve it in the registration form).
- For both regular conference attendees and categories A, B, C lunches are included.
The Adriatico Guest House offers rooms at a special rate for conference attendees, and booking can be requested in the registration form. In that case the reservation will be handled by the organizing committee. You do not need to call the Guesthouse.
Note: you have to pay by yourself at the checkout !!!
Alternatively, conference attendees can book hotels independently (see Accommodation).
Payment methods
On-site payment will not be accepted.
After registration you will receive by e-mail the details for credit card payment.
Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer (see details here below).
